Summit Fire & Security Strengthens Florida’s West Coast with Acquisition of Fire Fighter
RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of both Fire Fighter, Inc. and Fire Fighter – Lakeland, Inc. dba CO2 & Fire Equipment Service Center in Florida effective November 20, 2025.
Fire Fighter has provided reliable fire protection services across Florida’s West Coast, offering expert solutions in fire suppression, fire extinguishers, and exit and emergency lighting. Additionally, CO2 & Fire Equipment Service Center offered service and maintenance for fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and CO2 gas. Fire Fighter, Inc. was founded in 1995 in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. Over the past three decades, Gary and the team at Fire Fighter, Inc. have grown into a Central Florida leader focusing on fire extinguisher and fire suppression services as well as suppression installations.

Additionally, customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire sprinklers, fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression, and special hazard fire suppression systems as well as a full line of security solutions to meet any need.
