RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of IFS Fire & Safety, Inc. in Corpus Christi, Texas effective February 19, 2026.
For more than 35 years, IFS Fire & Safety has been a family-owned fire protection company serving Corpus Christi and the lower Gulf Coast region. IFS delivers reliable, comprehensive fire and life safety services, including fire extinguishers, kitchen suppression systems, hydrostatic testing, and marine services.
