Summit Fire & Security Strengthens Fire Alarm Services in Houston with Acquisition of Micronet Technology
RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Micronet Technology in Pearland, Texas effective April 7, 2026. The transaction was structured as a purchase of substantially all of the assets of Micronet Technology, Inc.
Micronet Technology has proudly served customers for more than 30 years, providing comprehensive fire alarm solutions, including inspections, installations, and monitoring services. Founded in 1995, the company has established itself as a trusted leader in fire alarm and low-voltage systems.

As Micronet Technology transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will be supported from Summit’s Houston, Texas location. This transition also expands the range of services available to customers, including fire sprinklers, fire detection and alarm systems, security alarms, access control systems, alarm monitoring, fire extinguishers, and special hazard fire suppression systems—along with a full suite of security solutions to meet a wide variety of needs.
