RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Cartersville Sprinkler Co. dba Cartersville Fire Protection in White, Georgia effective October 2, 2024.
Since 1983, Cartersville Fire Protection has been serving businesses and communities throughout Georgia with fire sprinkler services. Phil and Kim Bennett have spent more than 40 years building a reputable business that has earned the trust of local and regional customers.

As Cartersville Fire Protection transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will be served out of Summit’s existing Cartersville, Georgia location. Additionally, customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire sprinklers, fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen suppression, and special hazard systems.
