RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Foos Fire, Inc. and an investment in Foos Fire NY, LLC (together, Foos Fire) with headquarters in Long Island, New York, effective October 28, 2025.
Founded in 2008, Foos Fire provides comprehensive fire protection and life safety services across New York and New England. The company’s expertise spans the design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and extinguishers, as well as code compliance and monitoring solutions. With a commitment to reliability, quality, and customer care, Foos Fire delivers trusted protection and peace of mind to commercial and institutional clients throughout the Northeast.

As Foos Fire transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will continue to be served by the existing team at their current Long Island location and out of Summit Fire & Security’s Foxborough, MA location. Additionally, customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire sprinklers, fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression, and special hazard fire suppression systems.
