Summit Fire & Security Announces Acquisition of Ronco Fire Protection in Massachusetts

RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Ronco Fire Protection LLC in North Attleborough, Massachusetts effective February 6, 2025.

Ronco Fire Protection specializes in providing fire sprinkler system installation, service, testing, and inspections throughout southeastern Massachusetts.

“Partnering with Ron and the Ronco Fire Protection team will add to the sprinkler expertise of the Foxborough office. Enhancing our service offerings is always a great way to grow and build stronger relationships with clients,” stated Jeremiah Hazzard, Vice President with Summit Fire & Security.

As Ronco Fire Protection transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will be served out of Summit Fire & Security’s existing Foxborough, Massachusetts location. Additionally, customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression, and special hazard fire suppression systems.
