Company Acquires Southern Supply and United Security Services in Lufkin, TX
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA – Summit Companies, a premier fire and life safety company, announced today that its subsidiary, A-1 National Fire Co., has completed the purchase of Southern Supply, Inc. and PAW Security, LLC dba United Security Services in Lufkin, TX. These acquisitions are a strategic expansion of Summit Companies existing fire protection, life safety and consulting business. Summit Companies, through its subsidiaries, operates branches in the states of Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
