RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Hope Fire Extinguisher Services, Inc. in Texarkana, Texas effective August 20, 2025.
With more than 40 years of experience, Hope Fire Extinguisher Services was founded by firefighters, reflecting a background built on expertise in fire behavior and prevention. The company is a well-established and trusted provider of fire alarms, extinguishers, suppression systems, sprinklers, security, and monitoring services, delivering safety and peace of mind to customers throughout the Ark-La-Tex region.
