RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Mack Fire Protection, Inc. in Middletown, Connecticut effective February 5, 2025.
Mack Fire Protection is one of the largest family-owned fire protection companies in the state of Connecticut. Since 2005, the company has been providing fire sprinkler design, installation, retrofit and remodel services, inspection, maintenance, monitoring, and 24-hour emergency services to customers across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
