RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (“Summit Companies”), announced the acquisition of Safeco Alarm Systems, Inc. in Kingston, New York effective July 23, 2025.
Founded in 1976, Safeco Alarm Systems has been a trusted provider of fire alarms, security systems, access control, and monitoring services, delivering safety and peace of mind to customers throughout New York’s Hudson River Valley.

As Safeco Alarm Systems transitions to Summit Fire & Security, customers will continue to be served by the existing team at the Kingston branch location. Additionally, customers will now have access to expanded product and service offerings, including fire sprinklers, fire detection and alarms, alarm system monitoring, fire extinguishers, pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression, and special hazard fire suppression systems as well as a full line of security solutions to meet any need.
