RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (“Summit Companies”), announced the acquisition of Texas Fire & Sound, Inc. with locations in Garland, Fort Worth, and Houston, Texas effective June 11, 2025.
