Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), proudly announced the acquisition of two reputable fire protection companies, AAAA Plus Fire Protection and Advantage Safety. These acquisitions were effective December 5 and December 11, 2023, respectively.
The acquired companies, AAAA Plus Fire Protection and Advantage Safety, have been recognized over the past 20 years for their excellence in fire protection services, including fire extinguishers and pre-engineered services. The integration of these companies into the Summit family rounds out the service offerings in each market and provides an opportunity to better service the acquired customers with Summit’s full suite of services.
