RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Performance Systems Integration (PSI), pending final regulatory approval.
Performance Systems Integration is the leading regional provider of fire and life safety services in the Pacific Northwest, serving customers across Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, and Hawaii. PSI specializes in comprehensive fire and life safety solutions—including inspections, repairs, monitoring, and installation services for sprinkler, fire alarm, and suppression systems. The company also offers marine fire protection, including inspections and service for suppression systems and fire alarm systems tailored to maritime applications.
The acquisition of Performance Systems Integration enhances Summit Fire & Security’s strategic position as a leading national provider of fire protection, life safety, and security solutions.
