RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Hy-Test, Inc. in Christiansburg, Virginia effective June 18, 2025.
Founded in 2005, Hy-Test has served Southwest Virginia with exceptional service, specializing in Department of Transportation (DOT) certified hydrostatic testing, fire extinguisher sales and service, pre-engineered and engineered suppression systems, and CO2 cylinder refills. Their strong reputation and technical expertise will enhance Summit Fire & Security’s service offerings throughout the region.
