RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), announced the acquisition of Alta Protection Services, LLC in Ashland, Ohio effective March 26, 2025.
Alta Protection Services, established in 2010, is a fully licensed and certified provider of life safety and security solutions across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. They specialize in serving healthcare facilities, senior living communities, and educational institutions providing installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of sprinklers, fire alarms, fire alarm monitoring, nurse call and emergency call systems, and access control.
