Summit Companies Subsidiary Acquires Mac Systems, Inc. in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, OK
Summit Companies, a premier fire and life safety company, announced today that its subsidiary, A-1 National Fire Co., (DBA Summit Fire & Security) has completed the purchase of Mac Systems, Inc. This acquisition is a strategic expansion of Summit Companies’ existing fire protection, life safety and consulting businesses. Summit Companies, through its subsidiaries, operates branches in the states of Arizona, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
Summit Companies’ approach to acquisitions is highly centered on organizational alignment to ensure the continued success of both employees and customers. “Mac Systems is a well-established business with excellent teams, and it was clear from the beginning that they will be a great addition to our growing business,” stated Summit Companies CEO Jeff Evrard.
Mac Systems has served Oklahoma City and Tulsa with fire and life safety services since 1989. “Mac Systems was built on a culture of hard work and excellence, with a customer-first approach.
