Summit Companies is pleased to announce the acquisition of Mac Systems, Inc. via it’s subsidiary, A-1 National Fire Co., LLC. Serving the communities of Oklahoma City and Tulsa since 1989, Mac Systems was built on a culture of hard work and excellence, with a customer-first approach.
This acquisition marks Summit Companies’ expansion into Oklahoma and is a strategic complement to the existing A-1 National Fire locations in Nevada, Texas and Utah. “We are pleased to expand the A-1 National Fire footprint into the greater heartland of our country. Following recent acquisitions in Texas, we are excited to enter Oklahoma and continue our expansion to better serve customers throughout the Southern and Southwestern United States,” states Nic Brown, SVP of A-1 National Fire.
