RENO, NEVADA – Summit Fire & Security LLC, a subsidiary of SFP Holding, Inc. (Summit Companies), today announced the official closing of its acquisition of Performance Systems Integration (PSI) on August 21, 2025 following receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, PSI is a leading fire and life safety provider with nearly 500 employees serving customers across Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, and Hawaii. The company specializes in inspections, repairs, monitoring, and installation services for fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems, as well as marine fire protection.
With the transaction now finalized, PSI officially joins Summit Fire & Security’s growing national platform. Together, the companies will deliver expanded resources, deeper technical expertise, and a broader geographic reach to better serve customers. Summit Fire & Security now operates 126 locations across 37 states, offering comprehensive inspection, testing, monitoring, service, repair, and installation services for a wide range of industries, including commercial, education, industrial, government, healthcare, multi-family residential, marine, and retail.
